OLV Holy Name Society

It is a point of pride at Our Lady of Victory that no child has to pay to participate in the sports program at OLV. The men of the Holy Name Society make this possible by hosting several fundraising events throughout the year to support the coaches, pay dues and fees, purchase uniforms and equipment, and keep the gym in great condition.  Holy Name Society usually meets on the second Friday of the month at 7:30 p.m. Their scheduled meeting dates are:             September 9, October 14, November 11, December 9 -  in 2011             January 6, February 3, March 9, April 13, May 4 - in 2012 The major types of fundraising events and tentative dates are:              Bingo - November 12, 2011, at 6:00 p.m.              Super Bowl Party - February 5, 2012, at 3:30 p.m.              Chili Cook-off during Hospitality Weekend - Sat. Feb. 18 and Sun. Feb. 19              St. Patrick's Day Party - March 3, 2012, at 5:30 p.m.              Holy Name Steak Fry - June 2, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. The current President of the OLV Holy Name Society is Len Heinrich.
